These are complete brewing lineupss for the production of beer using classic technological procedures, from malt processing to the finished beer product according to your preferences, with a production capacity of approx. 500hl per year.
A full-fledged Beercon brewing setup consists of three main modules: Brewcon, Techcon and Tankcon. It can then be supplemented with Maltcon and Coldcon modules.
The basic set for brewing by the classic brewing process consists of three modules, BREWCON with a 7.5 hl brewhouse, TECHCON with hot water management and TANKCON with 6 CCTs, each of which has a usable volume of 7.5 hl of the finished beer, with a total dimensions of 9.6 m x 3.2 m.
The modular solution enables expansion with additional modules to increase capacity or work space.

Each lineup consists of three basic beercon modules, which are necessary for brewing beer using the classic method

Brewcon C The module is intended for the wort production in the classic way, i.e. primarily from wholesome raw materials such as malt, hops and water. Furthermore, it is used to control the entire operation. |

Techcon The module includes wort cooling with ecological hot water recovery, filtered air production, wort aeration and, in the basic version, also space for cleaning KEG barrels. |

Tankcon The offered module is equipped with six cylindro-conical tanks (CCTs) for fermentation and lagering of beers of almost all styles. It is a modern and completely hygienic solution.Suitable ice water cooling is part of it. |
The capacity of the brewery depends on the number of selected Tankcon modules. One Tankcon module has an annual capacity of 500 hl of beer (Czech lager). The maximum possible beer production is then 2,000 hl when using 4 Tankcon modules
You can then expand the lineup with other modules that will facilitate your production.

Maltcon The module offers space for malt storage and technology for its processing. This technological set is necessary in the production of beer in the classic way, when this input raw material needs to be processed. |

Coldcon The offered module serves as a refrigerated box with an adjustable temperature for ideal storage of full packages. |

Freecon The offered module serves as free space for the possible use of additional brewing technology. |
We have sets suitable even for brewing beginners. If you choose this option, you can only brew with extract, i.e. with the use of a special malt extract and therefore without the mashing process.
This lineup cannot be used for the classic beer brewing process (with mashing), even when it is fully expanded with additional modules.
