A simple beginning
Join us and discover that having your own brewery or beer bar can be much easier than you might imagine. Until recently, these operations were conditioned by high demands on space and construction readiness. This is changing now, beercon solutions are coming, for which you only need a piece of suitable external space and the desire to start your own business in a unique style.
Extensibility, compatibility, modularity
Our concept is based on individual modules that can be assembled into technological units, or can be used as external extensions of existing breweries, bars or restaurants. All they need is some space, a water supply, an electricity supply and a large enough waste.
Each module has its own function and place in the given assembly. Assemblies can be combined or expanded in various ways and whole module complexes can be created.
How does such an acquisition of a beercon take place?
Do you long for your own brewery, or do you just live next to a nice bike path and see the sales potential of such a place?
Send us an inquiry where you describe your idea (preferences, ideas, vision) as much as possible.
We will then contact you with appropriate questions. Based on the answer, we will select a suitable type of operation from our repertoire (operation from standard modules and technology), or we will create a price offer for a feasibility study and an indicative price list of tailor-made operation, so that you have an idea of the financial demands of your project (custom operation).
We start immediately after the relevant order.
1. Feasibility study (in case of tailor-made operation)
The feasibility study deals with the basic selection and availability of individual modules, including the routes for moving them in. This is a drawing that will further suggest the basic dimensions of the required area and base.
We supplement the drawing with a document with basic data about the given operation ( volume of production for the first stage, maximum volume ofproduction, number of seats, consumption and waste...).
We have up to 4 proposals in the basic price, so we slowly work towards the optimal solution (it doesn't happen that more are needed).
2. Visualization
If you insist that you want to see the result even before the implementation, we can create a real visualization at any time. We often prepare several solution variants so that you have the best possible idea of future traffic and it helps you in making important decisions.
Visualization is also useful in case you want to have an original concept of the modules, for example we can have them painted by a selected street art artist, or provide them with a roof garden with seating, a stage or solar panels...
3. Follow-up technological project (in the case of tailor-made operation)
After the feasibility study is approved, we will start creating concrete documents for building permits, authorities and customs administration. We will also clarify the exact configuration of the tailored technology (level of automation, visual solution, individual settings, etc.).
When designing, we also pay attention to ecology (use of waste / recovery...) and thus we can drastically reduce your future costs for the operation of the selected equipment.
A minimum of 5 additional drawings and an extensive technical report are part of the package.
4. Specific proce offer
In any case, at this moment we should have all the information to send you a specific price offer with everything.
5. Manufacturing and fabrication
We work with certified Czech companies and partners on the modules, with whom we created the entire concept and who are therefore connected with us from the beginning.
Of course, you can visit us at any time to check the quality of the production, so that you have a 100% overview of everything.
6. Installation at a pre-prepared location
After the handover of the modules or the entire assembly, their transportation to the place of implementation and subsequent assembly begins.
For this purpose, we have qualified fitters who will simply set up the operation for you on a pre-prepared base and connect it.
If a visualization is created during implementation, we make sure that everything matches.
7. Commissioning and operator training
Finally, one of our brewers or technologists (you can choose specifically) will show you everything and familiarize you in detail with your new operation, safety and all the requirements.
Part of this final is the handover of complete documentation, including all instructions and certifications.
